一、功能
    QSQ-S 鼠笼高压液体软起动柜适用于大中型高压鼠笼交流异步电动机或异步起动机或异步起动的高压同步电动机,作电阻降压起动之用。使用该起动柜来起动电机具有起动电流小且恒定,转距逐步增加的软起动特性,起动性能优于起动电抗器.    QSQ-S鼠笼高压液体软起动柜根据电动机的容量,可适用于3KV、6KV、10KV,功率范围200-20000KW,大容量电机的降压起动。


二、原理
    液体起动由平衡的三相具有负温度特性的电阻组成,当该电阻通入电流时,电阻体温逐步升高而电阻值逐步减小,另外传动机构使串连的电阻值也逐步均匀减小,从而使电机端电压逐步升高。起动转距逐步增加,以实现电机平稳起动且降低起动电流之目的。
    该柜通过高压开关柜(起动控制柜)接入电机起动回路,该高压开关柜具有起动电机和切断供电回路使起动柜免于长期带电的功能。以及独立完成电机起动过程中的保护功能。

一(yi)、概述(shu)

QXQ系列(lie)高压交流电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)水电(dian)(dian)阻起(qi)动(dong)器适用于额定电(dian)(dian)压3-10KV,额定功率200-20000KW的(de)大、中(zhong)型鼠笼式电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)或同步(bu)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的(de)软起(qi)动(dong)(与(yu)保护),尤其是电(dian)(dian)网(wang)容量不富(fu)裕的(de)企业(ye)。

QXQ起(qi)动(dong)器靠溶(rong)解在水(shui)中的(de)电(dian)解质离(li)子导(dao)电(dian)的(de)。电(dian)解质充(chong)满于(yu)两个平行的(de)平面极板(既水(shui)电(dian)阻的(de)两个电(dian)极)之间,构(gou)成一个电(dian)容状的(de)导(dao)电(dian)体-水(shui)电(dian)阻。它自身无(wu)感性(xing)元件,故与频敏、电(dian)抗(kang)等起(qi)动(dong)设备(bei)相(xiang)比,具有起(qi)动(dong)功率因数(shu)高,起(qi)动(dong)电(dian)流(liu)小等优点。

二、工作原理

QXQ水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器,是根据电动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机降压起(qi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)理论,在电动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机的定子回路中串入(ru)一适当的可(ke)变水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu)进行分(fen)压,充分(fen)利用水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu)热容量大不会烧毁以(yi)及可(ke)调可(ke)恢(hui)复性(xing)等优良(liang)特(te)性(xing),通过控制系统控制传动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机构拖动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)电极(ji)极(ji)板(ban)运动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),改变动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、定极(ji)板(ban)间的距离,从而达(da)到改变水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)的大小,使水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)的变化与电动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机转差率(lv)的变化同步,达(da)到恒(heng)电流起(qi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的目的,并(bing)使电动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机均匀加速至额(e)定转速,缩短(duan)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)时(shi)间。当起(qi)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)完(wan)成后,星点接触器自动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)投(tou)入(ru)并(bing)旁路水(shui)(shui)电阻(zu)(zu),电动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)机全压运行。

三(san)、性(xing)能特点

1) 起动过程可预测

采(cai)用计算(suan)机(ji)(ji)仿(fang)真技术,在计算(suan)机(ji)(ji)上输入用户提供的电动(dong)机(ji)(ji)、电网、负载三大参(can)数,通过(guo)计算(suan)机(ji)(ji)对(dui)起动(dong)参(can)数进行设置(zhi),获得(de)电动(dong)机(ji)(ji)起动(dong)过(guo)程如电流、转(zhuan)速及电网压(ya)降等(deng)最佳变化曲线。

2) 起动电(dian)流(liu)可控制(起动过程可控制)

    根据负载(zai)实际工况,通过调整、配置(zhi)电(dian)液的浓度来(lai)改(gai)变电(dian)阻值的大小,同时通过PLC程序控制、电(dian)流反馈等方法(fa)、达(da)到控制起动的目的。

3) 起动(dong)时(shi)间可调整

    根据现场实际工况(kuang)和(he)用户的(de)要求,可(ke)通过改变PLC控制程序、调整(zheng)动极(ji)板的(de)起(qi)动初始位置及传(chuan)动电动机转速来改变极(ji)板的(de)行(xing)程时(shi)间(jian),达到(dao)电动机起(qi)动时(shi)间(jian)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。

4) 可连续起动

    由于(yu)(yu)液态电(dian)阻热容量(liang)大(da),可(ke)塑性强(qiang),单次起(qi)动温升(sheng)得到(dao)有(you)效(xiao)的控制,故根据工况需要(yao),可(ke)连续(xu)起(qi)动;而(er)且起(qi)动过程水电(dian)阻阻值变(bian)化通过极板距(ju)离及接(jie)近速(su)度控制,可(ke)大(da)可(ke)小,温升(sheng)影响处于(yu)(yu)次要(yao)地位。

5) 起动过程平滑(hua),起动运(yun)行切换无冲击

    动(dong)极板的线(xian)(xian)性运(yun)动(dong)使(shi)(shi)串接水(shui)电(dian)阻阻值线(xian)(xian)性减小(xiao),从而使(shi)(shi)电(dian)动(dong)机的起(qi)动(dong)过程均匀、平滑、无(wu)级(ji);起(qi)动(dong)完成切(qie)换瞬间,水(shui)电(dian)阻阻值趋近(jin)于零,故切(qie)换时对电(dian)网不(bu)会(hui)产生电(dian)流(liu)冲击(ji),对机械传动(dong)系统不(bu)会(hui)产生机械冲击(ji)。[若不(bu)采用动(dong)极板的线(xian)(xian)性运(yun)动(dong)改变(bian)阻值,则(ze)起(qi)动(dong)设备就不(bu)能最大限(xian)度地(di)限(xian)制电(dian)机的起(qi)动(dong)电(dian)流(liu),不(bu)能达到起(qi)动(dong)过程平滑无(wu)冲击(ji)和起(qi)动(dong)性能可控(kong)可调(属热敏电(dian)阻),与电(dian)抗器(qi)相(xiang)似(si),不(bu)能达到或归类为软起(qi)动(dong)。

6) 具(ju)有电流闭(bi)环控制,温(wen)度闭(bi)环控制。

7) 控制回路也可采用(yong)PLC控制,可实现(xian)远(yuan)程通讯及计算机(ji)集中控制

   控(kong)制(zhi)回路采(cai)用PLC可编程控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)进行逻辑程序控(kong)制(zhi),监测起动(dong)过程中液阻及电动(dong)机(ji)动(dong)态参数,控(kong)制(zhi)极板运动(dong),控(kong)制(zhi)电机(ji)的(de)短接。

8) 安(an)全性:

A、 保护功能:设有液位显示、液温显示、起(qi)动(dong)超时、综合报警等(deng)功能;同运(yun)行开(kai)关柜相配合,具有可靠的联锁(suo)装置,并设有过(guo)流(liu)、速断、过(guo)电压(ya)、差动(dong)、零序、欠压(ya)等(deng)保护;

B、 保(bao)障措(cuo)施:水电阻箱(xiang)严格按照国家(jia)标(biao)准进行(xing)出厂检测和严格的接地及避雷保(bao)护措(cuo)施;

C、 主机起(qi)动结束后,极板自动复位,装(zhuang)置处于(yu)零电位和待机状态(tai),为下次起(qi)动作(zuo)好充分准备;

D、 无谐波(bo)污(wu)染:本装置的使用不会产生(sheng)高次谐波(bo),免除对电网的污(wu)染。

9) 操作简单,方便维护

   由于(yu)本(ben)系(xi)(xi)统主起动设备对工况及电网(wang)的环境要求不高,运行(xing)成(cheng)本(ben)低;系(xi)(xi)统自(zi)身(shen)集成(cheng)控制发出联(lian)机信(xin)号(hao),一般技术(shu)人员进行(xing)短期培训即(ji)可自(zi)行(xing)操作(zuo)维护;液(ye)态电阻的可塑性(xing)强,稳(wen)定性(xing)好,主要配液(ye)原(yuan)料来源(yuan)方便,维护费用相当低。

总之,从(cong)技术性、经济性、可靠性三个(ge)方面评价,本装置是高压(ya)大功率电(dian)动(dong)机软起的理想(xiang)选择。

四、技术指标

1、起动(dong)电(dian)(dian)流(liu):Iq≤Ie 指堵转电(dian)(dian)流(liu)在6Ie以上(shang)的(de)电(dian)(dian)机,若(ruo)堵转电(dian)(dian)流(liu)为(wei)5Ie的(de)电(dian)(dian)机,则Iq≤2.5Ie;起动(dong)电(dian)(dian)流(liu)等技术参数不受(shou)环境变化的(de)影响而产生明显波动(dong);

2、起动时间调(diao)节范(fan)围:15-99S可调(diao);

3、母线压(ya)降:<8%;并在电网允许情况下最大(da)限度地减小(xiao)起动时的(de)电网压(ya)降,稳定电网质量;

4、起动(dong)(dong)转矩大,不(bu)受(shou)电网质量影响,起动(dong)(dong)成功率100%

5、热容量大,连续起(qi)动次(ci)数为(wei)3—4次(ci),提高(gao)设备利用率。

6、起动温(wen)升(sheng)低,单次起动电解液温(wen)升(sheng)<10℃/次左(zuo)右。

3、 海拔高度不大于1500m

六、设备组成部分介绍

   装(zhuang)置组成(cheng)(cheng):由柜体部分(fen)(fen)、传动部分(fen)(fen)、液(ye)阻部分(fen)(fen)、控制(zhi)部分(fen)(fen)组成(cheng)(cheng)。

   柜体部分为框架(jia)式(shi)组合(he)结构,表面采用酸洗喷塑处理;

   传动部分采(cai)用伺服电机对极板进行控制;

   液阻部分采用高(gao)分子聚合材料制作而成,耐压42KV,耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐高(gao)温,使用寿命长;

  控(kong)制部(bu)分采用PLC可编程控(kong)制器对相关信号及(ji)动作进行控(kong)制。

    2、 温(wen)度闭环控制

即(ji)每(mei)次(ci)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)时电(dian)液(ye)(ye)初始阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)变,并可(ke)根据(ju)负载情况,现场灵活调(diao)整电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。  液(ye)(ye)体(ti)(ti)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)具(ju)有负温(wen)(wen)度特(te)性,即(ji)液(ye)(ye)体(ti)(ti)温(wen)(wen)度升(sheng)高(gao), 阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)反而(er)减小(xiao),且阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)变化是非线性的(de),其敏感(gan)区(qu)在(zai)低(di)温(wen)(wen)段特(te)别是环境温(wen)(wen)度变化段。本装置针对液(ye)(ye)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)这(zhei)种负温(wen)(wen)度特(te)性,增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)电(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)温(wen)(wen)度自(zi)动(dong)(dong)校正功能,即(ji)根据(ju)季节、环境温(wen)(wen)度或上次(ci)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)后液(ye)(ye)温(wen)(wen)的(de)不(bu)同(tong),自(zi)动(dong)(dong)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)校正系统(tong)据(ju)液(ye)(ye)温(wen)(wen)的(de)不(bu)同(tong)调(diao)整起(qi)动(dong)(dong)起(qi)始阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(即(ji)极板(ban)到达不(bu)同(tong)提(ti)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)初位(wei)),保证(zheng)电(dian)动(dong)(dong)机每(mei)次(ci)的(de)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)特(te)性不(bu)变,充分保证(zheng)了(le)起(qi)动(dong)(dong)效果(guo)的(de)稳定性。

    3、 二(er)次(ci)线路控(kong)制联锁、联动(dong)

     1)允许起动     液阻柜(ju)(ju)中(zhong)KA2的常开电接(jie)点(K7、K9)串接(jie)于(yu)开关柜(ju)(ju)提合(he)闸(zha)回(hui)路中(zhong),当水(shui)电阻备妥时,KA2闭(bi)合(he),开并柜(ju)(ju)才允许合(he)闸(zha)。

     2)起动(dong)、停(ting)机(ji)  直接操(cao)作开(kai)关(guan)柜(ju)(ju)的起、停(ting)车按钮控制电(dian)动(dong)机(ji),无(wu)需在水电(dian)阻(zu)起动(dong)柜(ju)(ju)上(shang)操(cao)作。开(kai)关(guan)柜(ju)(ju)只需输出(chu)一对断路器的辅助常开(kai)电(dian)接点(K2、02)至水电(dian)阻(zu)柜(ju)(ju),水电(dian)阻(zu)柜(ju)(ju)根据(ju)程(cheng)序自动(dong)完成(cheng)起动(dong)过(guo)程(cheng),然后自动(dong)转(zhuan)换成(cheng)运行状态。停(ting)机(ji)以(yi)后,水电(dian)阻(zu)自恢(hui)复,为下次起动(dong)做好准备。

3、 水阻柜中KA3的(de)常(chang)开电接点(K101、K133)并联于开关柜的(de)分(fen)闸(zha)回路中,当起动(dong)超(chao)时或液温超(chao)上限(xian)85℃时,KA3闭合,使开关柜跳闸(zha)。

4、 另外(wai),当液阻柜液位欠低,液温(wen)超(chao)下限温(wen),起动超(chao)时等等,液阻柜“综合(he)报(bao)警”灯会闪(shan)亮,发出报(bao)警信(xin)号(hao)。如用户需要,还可加装电铃报(bao)警。
